Reward Points:
I'm having trouble with my reward points. What should I do?
- Make sure you have at least two items in your feed.

- If you can't find your confirmation email, look for it in your spam folder... then flag it not spam ;-).
- Make sure you're using the same browser you used when you signed up for WeShop.
- If all the above is true, try clicking the reward confirmation link again.
- Still no points? Do not despair! Email us at rewardpoints@weshopnetwork.com including your username and we'll get to the bottom of it!

General Account Information:
WeShop can't link to my email because it's not AOL or Gmail. How come?
We are working on opening up to other email services in the near future. Until then you can send receipts directly to your WeShop dashboard using your personal WeShop shopping address. You can also use your WeShop shopping address when checking out at an online merchant.
Can I un-link my email account?
That feature is currently being developed and will be available soon.
